Scope Of Work
Located at 10th and Capitol Streets, this Shamrock Development project is a 12-story, 310,000 SF hotel with a 10,500 SF ballroom supporting the downtown entertainment district of Omaha. This full service hotel includes three kitchens and a fully-licensed Starbucks, and 16,500 SF of pre-function space. In addition to 333 guest rooms, the hotel includes three hospitality suites, eight junior suites and two presidential suites.
After construction began on the hotel, JE Dunn was also awarded the development’s 8-story, 210,000 SF, 505-stall parking garage, as well as a retail component. The 3-story, 40,000 SF retail building includes a pedestrian skybridge; and a 53,000 SF outdoor entertainment plaza with a stage, splash-park fountain feature, two large video displays, two fireplaces, landscaping and site furnishings.
JE Dunn has supported the project from its inception in the preconstruction and estimating phases, working diligently with Shamrock Development and Leo A. Daly to ensure the project was delivered within the Owner’s budget.
