Scope Of Work

Belmar is a pedestrian-friendly plaza and retail/entertainment that resides an 104-acre site in Lakewood, Colorado. Featuring an ice rink, water features, retail and entertainment, Belmar was designed and constructed to provide a destination dining and shopping district experience.

Block 6 is the focal point of the and features a central granite pavor plaza with ice skating rink. The package includes two buildings totaling 107,000 square feet with a bowling alley, retail space at street level, and event center space with exterior terraces. Block 7 includes three buildings totaling 107,356 square feet and a 301,367-square-foot parking structure. Also included is the Residences at Belmar Plaza, a 5-story, 185,023-square-foot building with retail space and condominium units.
