Scope Of Work
Blue Cord is constructing a new, 5,000 SF Mental Health Annex on the north side of the existing clinic facility. The structure is designed to support a future second story. The scope of this project includes site work for electrical, water and wastewater utilities and relocation of existing utilities. This project also involves renovation of the existing Mental Health space to reconfigure floor plan and update finishes.
This project is occurring on an active, occupied medical center campus. Our team is performing construction in two phases to accommodate ongoing clinic operations. Phase I includes relocation of exterior chilled water line and controls wiring relocation, as well as all work and commissioning for the new addition.
Phase II involves completion of renovation work for existing Mental Health space at E-Wing. All Phase II work is occurring during WHEN hours to avoid disturbance to the facility operations during normal business hours.
