Scope Of Work
Once serving as the U.S. Navy’s Officers Club, in late 2016 Blue Cord purchased and developed this historic dilapidated building with 50 parking spaces adjacent to the affluent Baldwin Park area in Orlando, Florida.
To ensure that this property would meet the needs of Blue Cord as their new Central Florida headquarters, Blue Cord embarked on a thorough feasibility study which included site surveys, utility studies, a boundary survey, environmental phase 1 and 2 studies, and a geotechnical study.
Satisfied that this property would adequately meet the needs of the company, Blue Cord began development by acquiring the property, all necessary local permits, and securing contractors to perform all the necessary trades including electrical, HVAC, interior design and build-out, signage, and plumbing.
Blue Cord currently occupies half of this building and manages the leased portion. The building now serves as gateway landmark into Baldwin Park.
Blue Cord continues to serve as developer and property manager of this multi-tenant commercial space.
