PBG Builders, Inc.

Recognized as a full service commercial and industrial building contractor, construction manager and design builder, Powell Building Group was founded in 1991 by John Finch and Jim Powell.   Between 1996-2002, John Finch and Tim Prow purchased the company from Jim Powell and Powell Construction Company, at which time it was rebranded to PBG Builders, Inc.

PBG Builders operates out of Goodlettsville, TN (i.e., Nashville) where most of its clients and projects are located.
 
Since 1991, the Company has managed and completed over $700 million worth of construction contracts, managing a diverse range of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects including newly constructed buildings, renovations, additions and tenant build-outs with single project budgets ranging from $25,000 to over $80 million.  Their completed projects include manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, historic renovation and preservation, hospitals, surgery centers, office buildings, hotels, RV parks, marinas, schools, churches, retail stores, parking facilities, industrial plants, airports, stadiums, and special use facilities.
