Scope Of Work
DL T Construction LLC is under contract to re-roof 14 Roofs with a TPO membrane at Yakima Training Center. The scope of work includes verifying the substrate is solid and made suitable for the bonding of the new roofing material. Installing cellulosic
wood fiberboard over the existing roofing to the roof
deck. Installing a mechanically attached 60mil reinforced
thermoplastic polyolefin roofing membrane as per the
manufacturers' specifications. Demolishing the existing
metal flashing and install new, brown-colored, factory-
painted, galvanized metal flashing around the building perimeter and on the parapet walls.
