A minority and woman-owned business, Bullseye LSC is both HUB and TxDot certified.  The highly experienced staff can support projects both large and small.  Now independently owned, Bullseye LSC was formerly associated with a worldwide land surveying and laser scanning company; therefore, the company combines big business technical expertise with small business ideals.   Bullseye LSC staff coordinates with client project management teams to clearly define the scope of work and establish a project timeline in order to identify and minimize any potential problems and maximize client efficiencies.   

The company was first established in 2004.  The Corpus Christi office was opened in 2007 to assist clientele in Texas and in the United States.  In 2012, the company name was changed from Capnor USA, Inc. to Bullseye Land Surveying Company.  Noela Oliveira Garza, President, and Jesse Fuentes, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, head the staff that can support projects both large and small.
