DSG converted the “Old Federal Courthouse,” originally built in 1905, into an upscale, nationally branded boutique hotel, located in downtown Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida. The hotel contains 130 guest rooms, 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, a full-service signature restaurant, lounge, lap pool, exercise room, and business center.
