Scope Of Work
As developer, DSG is converting the iconic Candler Building from an office building into a 265-guestroom Curio Collection by Hilton luxury hotel. The Candler was built in 1906 by Coca-Cola founder Asa Candler, and is finely appointed with Georgia-white marble grand staircase, original Tiffany windows, and terra cotta busts of famous historical figures, and many other exceptional details.
