Scope Of Work
Built for the Doosan Bobcat Company. Heitkamp Construction's scope of work for this project included new underground, foundation & flat concrete work, pre-engineered metal building supply & erection, exterior sheeting, full cavity wall & roof insulation, interior liner panel, & more.
Foundation work began late in the 2016 season. Due to project timeline & freezing temperatures, the building was erected & insulated before the interior concrete was poured. This allowed us to thaw the ground inside the building and pour concrete during the middle of the winter. Although this construction method is more expensive, it allowed the owner to start using the building sooner.
