Scope Of Work
B&D provided Moriarty-Edgewood School District (MESD) with an HVAC solution with the ability to connect additional (and critical) facility components to enhance their facility infrastructure while, maintaining a low cost to own, upgrade, and maintain their facility. Also, the chosen application had to fit the retrofit needs of their elementary schools, which are located in a high elevation mountain climate, while meeting the strict financial objectives of District leadership. B&D installed 40 rooftop Daikin units with Direct Digital Controls (DDC). With Daikin, the District was able to meet all their needs, without tying them to a long-term contract inherent in a closed protocol system, and offered free upgrades for years to come.
