Scope Of Work

New 3,200/sf entertainment barn, complete rebuild of a 1950’s A-frame guesthouse and “corner to corner” landscape installation. This is a five-acre river front estate property which we were integral in all aspects of the planning and construction. The entertainment barn includes theater, sports bar, giant fireplace, gym, bunk room, and bath. The A-frame is a boutique guesthouse with custom finishes, wine cellar, kitchen, and game area. The site work includes installation of a creek canal, fire pits, decks, BBQ gazebo with outdoor cantina, entry gates, and five acres of irrigation and plant installation.
