Scope Of Work
This project consisted of 3,200 sf of tenant improvements to an existing medical suite. The demolition and remodel of this suite allowed for an orthopaedic clinic featuring seven rooms, four private MD offices, patient and staff restrooms, staff lounge, reception/ admin area as well as a patient waiting area and nurse stations. The newly redesigned space also includes clean and soiled utility rooms, a consultation room, and patient X-ray room. This project was constructed under strict OSHPD III requirements on an occupied floor, without disruptions to the surrounding suites.
