Scope Of Work
This project included the demolition of an existing dealership and sales lot to allow for the excavation and ground-up construction of a state-of-the-art 290,000 sf dealership. Downtown LA’s newest dealership is be complete with a two-story showroom, subterranean service department, retail parts boutique and parking structure as well as a new elevator install. Lot-line-to-lot-line construction eliminated the traditional sales lot, and allowed for a retail storefront facade.
