Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the remodeling of several office spaces, and restrooms, as well as lobby space and common area. The renovation of the lobby and common area began with the demolition of preexisting walls, carpet, and fixtures. The area was completed with polished concrete flooring, custom accordion doors, automatic shades, ceiling panels, and electrical upgrades. Upgrades to the building’s structural supports were also made to allow for this spacious lobby. The office and restroom renovations were completed design build, with aesthetic enhancements as well as electrical, mechanical, and structural upgrades
