Scope Of Work
ConAm Building Co. is proud to have partnered with Hoag Hospital to construct the newest addition to their Irvine campus. Built to OSHPD III standards, Hoag’s newest Psychology clinic features a welcoming reception and waiting area, patient lounge, staff and patient restrooms, storage areas, and formal office space. The space also includes consultation rooms, and counseling areas where private and group sessions are held. ConAm was responsible for all tenant improvements, design-build MEP’s, and structural upgrades to accommodate a custom-built accordion wall and accompanying curtain pocket. This project was completed in a fully-occupied space, without disruptions to the surrounding spaces and delivered on-time while keeping a short. Fast-paced schedule.
