Scope Of Work
ConAm Building Co. performed a full renovation of the existing 4th floor Ophthalmology clinic located within USC’s Keck Medical Building. The renovation provided for a new outpatient medical care facility complete with new lobby, family waiting area, twenty-six exam rooms, and four treatment rooms. The space included improvements to the patient restrooms, staff restrooms, and consultation rooms. The project was built to OSPD III standards and the work was completed under strict infectious control procedures.
