Scope Of Work

ConAm Building Co. was contracted by Claremont McKenna College to provide a new, state-of-the-art science center and research lab.  This space now serves as professional and educational space for professors and students alike.  The tenant improvements to the existing space included the complete demolition of interior work space.  The construction of a new storefront and miscellaneous improvements to the surrounding site provide for a clean, welcoming entrance.  The new Keck Science Center and Lab is complete with five formal offices, a physics research lab, two biology research labs and various laboratory workrooms. Research labs are finished with formal work stations, several fume hoods, biology safety cabinets, safety showers and medical/ natural gas hook-ups throughout.  This project was completed on an accelerated timeline to accommodate the 2018-2019 school year.
