Scope Of Work

ConAm Building Co. is proud to have teamed with City of Hope to provide a new state-of-the-art oncology treatment and infusion center.  The newest addition to City of Hope’s group of treatment centers now lies within the Santa Anita Medical Plaza.  Construction took place in an occupied building with all surrounding suites under operation.  The new suite is a place for oncologists to perform outpatient procedures, conduct exams, and for patients to receive infusion treatments.  The space features ten infusion stations along with two private infusion rooms, six exam rooms, four general procedure rooms, and five surgery rooms.  Staff is provided with several formal offices, conference space, physician’s work stations, nurse’s work stations, consultation areas, and staff lounge.  The space is made complete with a new reception and waiting room, patient and staff restrooms, pharmacy, ante room, HD and non-HD mixing rooms, clean and soiled storage spaces, and server room.
