Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of Albuquerque’s metropolitan development area, the Plaza Feliz project aspires lends a hand in enhancing the atmosphere in the Trumbull Village Community. Plaza Feliz boasts a 4,000 SF daycare center and community office featuring high vaulted ceilings and an open, airy environment. Both are welcoming for the housing community as well as prospective tenants. This project features 66 apartments and townhouses that have access to both the daycare center and community office.
