Scope Of Work

Marquis Companies’ goal was to develop short-term senior care facilities that feel like a spa or a hotel, not cold and institutional. Marquis Companies designed this project that caters to seniors who don’t require hospitalization, but need extra care and therapy as they recover from surgery, a stroke, a heart attack, or a physical injury. The project boasts incredible interior design with multiple common areas such as lounges, private and group dining, physical therapy, and a salon.
