Scope Of Work
Multi building design build infrastructure upgrades consisting of a complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system including demos of the existing systems. Demo of existing boilers, air handlers, chillers, water heaters, piping, and duct work. Furnished and installed new boilers, chillers, pumps, hydronic air control systems, buffer tanks, water heaters, and backflow preventers. Cut, cap, make safe existing electric and coordinated demo activities. Provided and installed all electrical, branch power, signal, fire alarm, low voltage, lighting, grounding and mass notification.
