Scope Of Work
HJ demolition was a part of a 12-week demolition on April 8th, 2019. The city hired HJ Demolition in December for the $1.8 million demolition and spent most of January on asbestos abatement and geotechnical remediation. Workers spent five weeks preparing the structure for demolition with tie backs to stabilize the infrastructure. This was the beginning of the first visible progress in the city’s roughly $50 million Imagine Clearwater Waterfront Redevelopment project.
