Scope Of Work
A phased renovation and addition to the occupied middle school. The three additions, totaling about 13,000 sf, included six new classrooms, a new career technical center and music room, and an expansion to the administrative offices. The renovations created a new commons area, kitchen remodel, expanding and updating the media center, updated exterior building finishes, and improved energy efficiency throughout the school by upgrading existing light fixtures, and replacing exterior windows as well as the existing roof and boiler.
