Tom Allison Properties believes in limiting subcontractors and doing the work "in house" which results in the highest quality and control over the job. We own our equipment which expedites the clearing, grading and concrete work. We have the experience and supervision that insures the highest quality and satisfaction.

Tom Allison Properties is located in Newland, N.C. in the beautiful mountains near Boone, Banner Elk, Grandfather Mountain and The Blue Ridge Parkway.  Our area features golf, hiking, boating and relaxing in the cool mountain air all summer long.  In the winter, we offer snow skiing, tubing, and the Fraser Fir Christmas Tree Capitol of the world.
