Scope Of Work
Sharp Grossmont Hospital is the largest hospital in San Diego's East County, serving communities such as La Mesa, El Cajon and Santee. With 536 beds, this campus is the largest not-for-profit, full-service, acute-care hospital serving the area. Sundt was the Construction Manager at Risk for this additional 5-story, 163,620 square foot wing with a partial basement. The work included remodeling portions of the existing hospital.
