Our company was founded in Yorktown, Virginia in 1985 by Wayne Harbin and it is now run by his two sons Doug and Brad. HOME ENHANCEMENTS, the Remodel Division of Wayne Harbin Builder was formed in 2007 by Doug and Brad Harbin to expand the company to cover the needs for quality additions and renovations.  Scott Maynor is General Manager and has been with the remodel division since it's inception and Sharon Thomas is Project Manager and has been with the company for over 20 years.

We have increased our solid reputation and the number of awards we have won for building quality into each of our homes and remodels. As the sole Southern Living® Custom Builder Program builder on the Peninsula and 2015 Builder Member of the Year, we have grown in our ability to produce classic Southern designs and contemporary living arrangements.

Across the Peninsula, Wayne Harbin Builder continues to build homes in a variety of price ranges and communities. We are a custom home builder and will build any plan on your lot or select one of ours.

We continue to build homes in Williamsburg, York County, Newport News, Hampton, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, Poquoson, and most surrounding areas.  We have lots available in Ford's Colony and other Williamsburg Developments.

The Oaks at Fenton Mill is a  single family home community in Upper York County, located near the growing area of Rt.199 and Mooretown Road. It's a rural setting right near conveniences of all kinds. Conveniently located near interstate I-64 you can get to Richmond, Camp Peary, Historic Yorktown, Fort Eustis, Langley Air Force Base in a matter of minutes.

Wayne Harbin Builder has expanded its home building operations to Gloucester in the community of  Robinson's Springs, near the Courthouse and Ashe Farms, near Gloucester Point and builds custom homes in Mathews.
