Scope Of Work

This project was located the remote rural community of Parlier, CA. This project consisted of the addition of 1,500 square feet to an existing medical facility with 10,000 square feet of TI’s which included the complete removal and remodel of the interior medical pods, labs, x-ray room, dental pods and administration space. The interiors consisted of metal studs, drywall, T-bar, lighting, security, fire alarm system, new mechanical systems both wet and dry, flooring and casework. The exterior received a complete upgrade to its cementitious skin, windows, doors and a new main entry way structure. This building also received an emergency generator system.
