Scope Of Work
Building is less tedious than remodeling because you build as you go and know what you have; however, remodeling you never know what you have until you start gutting everything because there are always things that show up and more to do than expected. This hotel project was challenging, and yet, exciting. The scope of the work was to build this hotel according to the specs and plans provided which included, 1. General Requirements, a. GC Cost, b. Building Permit & Inspections, 2. Site Work, b. Earthwork and Grading, Drainage, 3. Concrete, 4. Framing, and all other interior/exterior work required to complete the project. In order to build a beautiful hotel, our experience was applied to everything done, and in order to make the owner happy, following the plans and striving for perfection was what made it a successful project.
