Scope Of Work
Built in 1911, the hotel was one of the first high-rises in Downtown Oklahoma City and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Historic preservation is concentrated on the first, second, and 14th floors, exposing the original floor and wall tile as well as the ornate ceiling details.
The entire structure is renovated to include 225 guestrooms, a 20,000-square-foot conference center, meeting rooms, new kitchen and restaurant, bar, pool, spa and an attached garage.
Other features include specialty shops, an art gallery, a bank and a turn-of-the-century coffee shop.
