Scope Of Work
Includes K-6 classrooms, media center/library with outdoor reading area, computer lab, art room with connection to an outdoor art studio, music room, full kitchen with dining and stage area, gymnasium, health center and administration areas.
One of the major challenges of this project was that is was constructed on the campus of an existing school, and in the middle of a very active neighborhood. Flintco was committed to minimizing any disruption to the school and the surrounding community and developed a project plan, which included restricting material delivery and limiting noise during certain times. We also coordinated construction activities with the owner and kept all stakeholders informed throughout the project.
