Scope Of Work
The VA-Clinic in Schenectady is a Primary Care facility serving the Veteran community in surrounding areas. The VA Clinic was a 10,000sf tenant fit-up project that was a design/build with a very aggressive 15-week schedule from beginning of design to operation of the facility. Design included compliance with strict VA program requirements in a challenging space. The project was completed under budget and the Certificate of Occupancy was delivered two weeks early.
