Scope Of Work
This project resulted in the conversion of 3500 square feet of existing non-functional second floor space to additional patient care space. The project produced new family practice examination rooms, treatment areas and additional space for endocrinology services.
Highlights
Throughout the construction all work was accomplished while the building was occupied and without interruption of client’s business activity
Close co-ordination of all activities with client’s on-site Practice Manager and the Construction Manager played a critical role in the successful completion of the project
