Scope Of Work
TCI of NY’s new facility consists of approximately 40,000sf of new floor space to help streamline their electrical transformer recycling processes. It includes an enclosed loading dock building with a 50’ wide bi-fold door, a new 24,000sf electrical transformer recycling processing floor with custom processing equipment and a 5,000sf canopy for roll-off dumpster storage. The project required strict oil containment including above-grade concrete containment, sub-floor HDPE liner, retention pond expansion and extensive paving.
