Scope Of Work
This project involved a two phase effort for completion.
The first phase included an investigation into the cause of the veneer failure as well as the implementation of a temporary stabilization program for the remaining brick veneer.
The second phase of the project was directed at permanent repairs to the veneer as well as complete and permanent stabilization of the masonry structure which had experienced deterioration.
Throughout the project, Bishop Beaudry worked closely with a structural engineer to identify the root cause of the failure and develop a permanent solution to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
