Scope Of Work
Located in Terminal 4 of the Sky Harbor International Airport, the Tenant Improvement scope included: complete demolition of the existing US Airways Club on the Mezzanine level of the N-2 Concourse, as well as construction of the new 4,992 SF American Airlines Admiral’s Club with a lobby area/concierge desk, business center, lounge areas, bar, restrooms, commercial kitchen, and storage. This project required reworking HVAC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, replacing window mullions, including higher-end finishes throughout, and the replacement of all kitchen equipment.
