Scope Of Work
As the second building in Marquette Cos.’ Catalyst Collection, Catalyst Houston is a 28-story luxury high-rise in the Central Business District of Houston. The community provides unique opportunities to live in urban environments. Catalyst Houston will include 361 luxury apartment homes with studio, one, two and three-bedroom units that feature hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, 10 to 13-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony or terrace that open to views of downtown and Minute Maid Park. High-end amenities include an outdoor pet area, an amenity deck with panoramic views of the city and a resort-style outdoor pool deck, complete with cabanas and outdoor kitchen space.
