Scope Of Work
S&P’s experience includes new construction, renovation, paving and site work for numerous Walmart facilities across Texas and Oklahoma.
Our experience includes both Neighborhood Market and Supercenter stores. The Supercenters are larger than typical Walmart stores and include large grocery sections and expanded retail departments. Along with constructing the structural steel and masonry buildings, project work typically includes standard Walmart interior finishes and accessories, asphalt and concrete paving, site work, refrigeration equipment systems, and plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
S&P has also completed several new Sam’s Club stores with fuel centers, including two 139,000 SF Sam’s Club stores in Texas.
