Scope Of Work
Full service, 162-room hotel designed to serve as an anchor to Midway’s Century Square mixed-use development in College Station, Texas. Developed in partnership with the Valencia Group, The George will provide a well-balanced, intimate lounge, restaurant and bar that spills out onto the outdoor plaza. While it will embrace the region’s southern hospitality, the hotel will offer a more abstract, contemporary and forward-looking aesthetic. Its design is considered “Refined Rustic” and will feature a blend of hard wood floors, exposed ceilings and brick accents in the interiors.
The scope of work consists of construction of the 133,636 SF hotel and includes selective demolition, concrete, masonry, thermal and moisture protection, earthwork, exterior improvements and utilities.
