Scope Of Work
Located on the grounds of existing Sharpstown Middle School, this new school was planned to be a unique, hybrid facility intended for grades 4-6. S&P worked closely with PDG Architects and Houston ISD to determine the program needs and develop a schematic design for a 86,000 SF educational facility to serve 750 students.
Because the project was completed in only 12 months and delivered well ahead of the required completion date, the owner was able to add elements of work not included in the original contract while still allowing an earlier move-in date than was originally anticipated.
