Scope Of Work
This project included construction of a new two story, 52,600 SF building and 9,500 SF gymnasium. A former elementary school, Grady required substantial upgrades to accommodate middle school requirements.
The scope of work included classrooms and science labs, food service/commons area, library/media center, health clinic, administration, fine arts, music/theater arts, and special education. The project also included construction of a new pre-engineered metal practice gymnasium with locker/shower rooms for boys and girls, coaches offices, and new HVAC, electrical, sprinkler, and plumbing systems.
