Scope Of Work
For this LEED Silver project, S&P was hired as construction manager at risk not only to build a two-story addition, but to do so during the academic term without disrupting campus activity. S&P was up to task, completing this 30,000-square-foot project in December 2008, self-performing 24% of the work. The finished facility features new smart classrooms and labs for chemistry, microbiology, biology, anatomy and physiology. Other improvements include the installation of a campus water line, central utility plant upgrades and renovation to existing spaces.
