Scope Of Work
Construction of a new office/warehouse building and later renovation and addition for the new tenant, Caremoli. The original 24,300 SF, one-story facility was built on an 83,000 SF site and features light-transmitting wall and canopy roof panels that maximize the use of natural light for indoor illumination. The facility is a combination pre-engineered metal building structure with non-load-bearing, tilt-up concrete walls and a structural steel frame designed to support a 20-ton, double-girder bridge crane. The building has a concrete slab-on-grade foundation and a standing-seam metal roof. Associated sitework included erosion and sedimentation controls as well as 43,000 SF of paving, sidewalks and curbs.
