Scope Of Work
As part of a $2 billion U.S. Military Base Relocation and Closure (BRAC) program in San Antonio, which involves transforming 3,000 acres of one of the oldest active installations into a center of excellence for military medical training programs, this health clinic was designed to relieve a substantial civilian patient load from the base's existing medical facility. The new clinic offers everything except surgical procedures. Satterfield & Pontikes self-performed 30 percent of the work on the project, awarded to us by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District.
