Scope Of Work
Highlights: Renovations to a 16,000 sq. ft. brewery and retail space in Canton, MA included base building upgrades. new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, installation for new trench drains for production area and a 2,000 sq. ft. mezzanine expansion overlooking the production area. New retail areas include 2 tasting bars and retail P..O.S. stations. Trillium's new location serves as the primary production facility with a total theoretical capacity for 35,000 bbl brewed annually.
