Scope Of Work

Tampa General Hospital was a great opportunity to showcase our development abilities because of the unique challenges presented by the project location. Davis Island is a small island located in the middle of downtown Tampa with only one road on and off. There were many factors to consider in the planning phases of this project and we had to be meticulous so we didn’t inconvenience the residents and hospital visitors. We executed to perfection and the results speak for themselves.
