Scope Of Work
This 12,000 sq ft community center houses a large 3,300 sq ft multipurpose room complete with a stage, an arts and crafts activity room, exercise room, several classrooms and a 7,800 sq ft exterior patio. The $2.95 million facility will also be used for community events such as wedding receptions. Surrounding areas of the building are enhanced with an extensive landscape layout of shrubbery and trees.
