Scope Of Work
This 96,000 sq ft design-build style project has an estimated construction value of $12 million. The project consists of two student housing apartment style buildings (three-story) with a total of 255 beds, 87,000 sq ft, and includes 99 two-bedroom units, 12 four-bedroom units, 8 one-bedroom units, 8 handicap units and 10 hearing impaired units. The project also includes an adjacent 6,000 sq ft clubhouse/community gathering area and extensive site development. The building exterior treatments are full brick and cast stone.
