Diversified Foundations LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured concrete contractor in Alexandria, MN. Serving the area since 2002.

Diversified Foundations was founded in 2002 as a small scale Concrete Foundation Contractor. Our company has grown & developed to a larger scale Concrete & Civil Construction Company.  Diversified Foundations expanded the company in 2011 to add the “Diversified Excavation” division.  

We have progressed to a foundation contracting company providing both concrete and excavation services. We have the latest in surveying technology to allow us to move quickly and accurately.  By suppling concrete and excavation construction services, we are able to interface both trades to be efficient and cost effective on any size project. Our supervisors learned the concrete and excavation construction trade through intensive on the job training. We incorporate the engineering, design, management, and construction of the project.  Our staff acknowledges the value of the integration of schedule and accuracy. We can provide layout and excavation supervision. We will coordinate inspections, concrete pump delivery, and other complementing trades.   

Our primary work consists of large scale industrial grain handling systems but we are well versed in a wide variety of construction projects. Our resume includes feed mills, grain terminals, deep pits, scale foundations, ethanol plants, slip silo foundations, water tower foundations, large commercial buildings, ethanol plants, agricultural dealerships, hotels and restaurants throughout the Midwest. In addition, we are very experienced in placement of decorative concrete for commercial and residential construction projects.
