Scope Of Work
American Contracting, LLC recently completed a multi-year contract with the USDA for grounds maintenance and snow/ice removal. During the spring, summer and fall seasons, we maintained the grounds for this facility on a weekly basis, including lawn mowing, weeding the the landscaped areas, and parking lots, trim trees and shrubs, hand water flowers, trees and shrubs. During the winter months we were on call on a daily and sometimes hourly basis, for the removal of snow and ice. We monitored in-coming storms to ensure we have the level of equipment and manpower mobilized and waiting in readiness of clearing all walkways and parking areas.
